Die spusu Vienna Capitals setzen den nächsten Schritt in der Zusammenarbeit mit NHL-Partnerverein Vegas Golden Knights und veranstalten mit dem Stanley-Cup-Finalisten 2018 ein Summer High Performance Camp and Coaching Education Seminar. Dieses findet vom 29. Juli bis zum 2. August 2019 in der Erste Bank Arena, der Heimstätte der Caps, statt und wird von Vegas Golden Knights Director of Hockey Operations Misha Donskov, Assistant-Coach Mike Kelly, Video-Coach Tommy Cruz und spusu Vienna Capitals Head-Coach Dave Cameron geleitet. Im Fokus steht dabei sowohl der Know-How-Transfer auf Management/Coaching-Ebene, als auch ein 5-tägiges on-ice High Performance Camp für Wiens Farmteam Vienna Capitals Silver, welches in der kommenden Saison an der Alps Hockey League teilnehmen wird.

VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS AND VIENNA CAPITALS TO HOST SUMMER HIGH PERFORMANCE CAMP AND COACHING EDUCATION SEMINAR IN VIENNA, AUSTRIA FROM JULY 29 TO AUGUST 2
VEGAS (July 9, 2019) – The Vegas Golden Knightsannounced today, July 9, that the Golden Knights and Vienna Capitals will host a Summer High Performance Camp and Coaching Education Seminar in Vienna, Austria from July 29 to August 2. The program will be led by Vegas Golden Knights Director of Hockey Operations Misha Donskov, Assistant Coach Mike Kelly, Video Coach Tommy Cruz and Vienna Capitals Head Coach Dave Cameron.
As part of the Vegas Golden Knights/Vienna Capitals High Performance Camp and Coaching Education Seminar, the Golden Knights will provide the Capitals organization with educational instruction, content and resources to help grow as hockey professionals and executives. The Golden Knights staff will lead a five-day, on-ice High Performance Camp for Vienna’s minor league club (Vienna Capitals Silver, ALPS League) with a focus on skill development, individual tactics, team tactics, NHL structure, drills and pace.
The seminars meanwhile will consist of hour-long interactive presentations discussing a variety of subject matter including NHL skill development, NHL practice planning, NHL video preparation, NHL game breakdowns and a Q & A.
The program advances the collaborative partnership between the Golden Knights and Vienna Capitals, as they continue to exchange ideas, experiences and opportunities that are beneficial to both organizations.
